About

I’m a filmmaker, photographer, and writer in Los Angeles.

I was raised Orthodox, in a family that insisted on textual scholarship. I’m not observant anymore, but I never stopped studying, and I never stopped arguing. My films, my essays, and my podcasts all come from the same place: staying inside a community and refusing to go quiet about the parts of it that need to change.

If that sounds like an argument, it usually is. The form below reaches me.
